Central City Hotel @ Chinatown

The hotel provides excellent service and great value for money, and I was very satisfied with the overall quality and comfort of my stay.

Great Location, but Room Service Needs Improvement Central City Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, making it easy to access nearby attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, and public transportation. The location was definitely one of the highlights of my stay, and the bedroom itself was clean and comfortable. However, the housekeeping service could be improved. After requesting room service, I returned to find that the room had not been completely cleaned. Although the bedroom was spotless, the toilet was still dirty, the bathroom floor was wet, and the tissues had not been replenished. I also encountered a problem with the television remote control, which was not working. Overall, the hotel offers good convenience and value thanks to its central location, but greater attention to housekeeping details and room amenities would make the guest experience much better. With improved service consistency, this hotel has the potential to provide a more satisfying stay. Rating: 3/5 — A good location and a generally comfortable room, but there is room for improvement in service quality.

Great place to stay. I stayed 2 times because affordable prices and great amenities. The location is very strategic. It is close to many attractions and also you can take LRT and MRT in nearby stations.

The hotel image and the room were the same. The staff are friendly and the service is good. Room amenities are provided as a list down. The hotel location in good condition and near popular place while there is 24/7 mart, and food shop nearby. It is easily to find food whether in night. And in front is the central mall. Last but not least, I would like to recommend the hotel. If possible to blur the toilet window as another nearby building is higher. If there is some out there on the top of the roof you can see clearly into the toilet, especially if someone is taking the shower.

Overall, it was a good place to stay. The breakfast offered a selection of traditional local dishes, which was a nice experience, and the room was generally comfortable. However, the room could use some maintenance, as it didn't quite look like the pictures. That said, this is understandable and not unusual. The air conditioning worked properly, which was a big plus. Unfortunately, the fridge was very disappointing because it didn't cool anything at all and was practically useless. Overall, a decent stay with a few areas for improvement, particularly room maintenance and the fridge.
