I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. The service was extremely poor, especially during check-in. It took over an hour just to receive the room key, despite informing the person in charge 30 minutes before my arrival. Even after reaching out to customer service, they hung up the phone instead of assisting me. No one took responsibility, and there was no apology—just blame-shifting among the staff.
The location is another major issue. The hotel has only two elevators operating, which are always overcrowded. I had to wait 30 minutes just to get into the lift for check-out.
The worst part was the cleanliness—it was absolutely unacceptable. I found a towel with blood stains, which is completely disgusting and unhygienic.
I strongly advise against booking this hotel. Save yourself the stress and look for a better option elsewhere!

Everything is good..the pool ,the location and the views..it’s really worth the amount…but one thing the toilet drainage system smells really badd especially in the early morning…

Nice apartment. Clean inside, fresh bed linen, white towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers included. But the most important thing is the views. From the 53rd floor there are fantastic views of Petronas, Merdeka and the TV tower. It's an 8-minute walk from KL Central, through the shopping center and then under the monorail, Google doesn't see this route.

Great location right next to the central station. There is everything you need for life, kitchen utensils, TV with smart TV. On the roof there is a great swimming pool and a gym with free access.
