The area of the hotel quite scary, because there's have people who drunk nearby the hotel area, the hotel also quite dim and gloomy.But so far the room

The room stinks, there’s no toothbrush, hair dryer, or utensils, there’s none upon request too. The floor is damn dirty. The toilet reeks. I would never come here again even if it’s free.

Service out, housekeeping kejap kejap ketuk pintu, belum pukul 12 dah ketuk. Benda ada late fee checkout bukannya kita tak boleh bayar tapi receptionist kerek kerek pulak, belum pukul 1 pon dah kecoh.

Hotel is near to where I want to go. But the amenities is not up to standard though. The mini fridge is not working. But the staffs there are very friendly

Carpark at the back so scary, unsafe, unless you pay MYR10 to park in front. The reception misleading information, during check in they mentioned late check out at 1pm, no surcharge. When the day for check out it turns out different story. Threatening to charge us MYR50 if not check out by 12.30pm, even ask a cleaner to open our room door, don’t bother to knock first. Pathetic! It can be considered as trespass. TV not functioning; forever. Actually this is our second time staying here. I put on hope that second time could be a different experience, but it turns out similar experience. Too bad
