The location is easy to find however the route to the hotel is small and take time with multiple vehicles, the parking lot is only one way route so need to be careful and no many parking spaces available
Room is not really soundproof, can hear everyone taking or even using the plug next door. Otherwise cleanliness and the service are good

I liked the RM10 breakfast. It saved my time looking around for food though there is plenty of food nearby the hotel. The service was very efficient. I left my hp charger in the room. When I realised and reported to the receptionist. It was found almost immediately! Very helpful, thoughtful, efficient staff!

I had a really pleasant stay here at J Hotel by Dorsett. The hotel staff were friendly and during check out, the porter assisted us with our luggage. An awesome stay.

I had a fantastic staycation at this hotel! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Pavilion, making it perfect for shopping and dining.
