I recently stayed this hitel and unfortunately, my experience during check-in was not pleasant. The reception staff was not friendly and seemed unaware that my booking included breakfast—I had to inform them myself.
On the second day, my key card stopped working due to incorrect timing, which was inconvenient. The room itself was okay, but the shower had no hot water, which made my stay less comfortable. As for breakfast, it was just average—nothing special.
Overall, I expected better service and attention to detail. I hope the management improves these issues for future guests.

The hotel room is clean and comfortable to stay. Buffet breakfast was nice with many varieties to choose. Can walk over head bridge to subway putra mall which is very convenient. Highly recommended for staycation.

Friendly staff but they made mistake about room and they change instantly. Location was strategic. Near to Sunway Putra Mall. Walking distance. Pipe in the room very noisy when you guy open the tap. Such a disturbance. Sahoor buffet were standard and lack of taste.

The only no good, toilet sound so loud, room beside use toilet on late night, the water piping sound very loud.
Hotel breakfast got many choice, good to try.

The hotel was so nice to stay there and it’s easy to take the hop and hop bus  you just need to cross the way going to the mall and to the mall there is a stop for the bus you can buy the ticket from the bus RM60 for Non Malaysian. The more also so nice it has famous restaurants and it has cinema so you can go there for supermarket or shopping.
The view also was soooo nice, thanks to the lady in the reception she give me really nice view.
