I’d rate 9/10 for its location and convenience around the hotel. I came for the Kua Chuan, don don donki and some street food at ten hu tong.
The room, bedding etc exactly same as advertise.
Feel welcome by the reception for arranging a king bed for our comfort.
Besides, the breakfast was really good. We were spoilt by the choices.
The only feedback is hoping the hotel to fix the water draining system as it flood after bath 😅
We had a great time in the room with board game, pool, and the great breakfast. I’ll visit again soon 🙂

Located at a very good and convenient area, rooms are quite spacious and large bathroom. However we were given a corner room and the TV is mounted 1 side of the wall facing 1 of the twin bed, so the other guest on the other bed could not see quite clearly. There is an eco water tap installed for filter water so bottled water is not provided. Overall it is a good experience staying here.

A repeat stay. Always nice to stay with fast check in and out at counter and room is well maintained and clean. Car parking is under maintenance with painting works which I thought is the gap to make the overall experience even better, since the place was last renovated and open after Covid pandemic.

Hotel is clean and the staff is diligent and friendly. Room is clean and amenities is well prepare. Location is excellent have train and mall just within 5min walk. Facilities is normal swimming pool, gym and yoga. Breakfast is excellent with variety choices they have.

The hotel is very well located, in Butik Bintang. The room is very comfortable and clean and the staff is very nice and friendly. Special mention to the gym. If you are looking for a place to stay I highly recommend ParkRoyal Collection.

I would have given this hotel a 5-star rating, gave it a a 4 instead. We booked a deluxe double room, which was clean, and the service was great. The breakfast was international and delightful, with very friendly and helpful staff. However, the female staff at reception could be more friendly. The biggest issue was the toilet..it had bad yellow stains on the tiles, not just the grout. So not fitting for a 5-star. Even though they used dark-coloured tiles, the stains were still visible, which means they were quite severe.

The location is great. View is good.
Toilet smelled weird, like a bad/stucked sewerage.
Aircon not adjustable. Adjusted to 28degrees, but room temp still stay at 21degrees.
