The hotel located next to The Garden Mall, just 5 min walk with link bridge to The Garden Mall and Mid Valley Megamall. The LRT station just next door which very convenient to go anywhere in KL.

We stayed for 6 nights but the service provided by the hotel was as not good and seems 3 star hotels. The bath towels were dirty and not in good condition. For room cleaning, they didn’t replace all amenities. Not recommend to stay.

The service provided not up to standard. We had to leave the hotel early morning at 6:30 and unable to enjoy the breakfast. We requested to have take away breakfast for 2 person ready for pick up at 6:30am. We requested two only though we had 10 as only the senior need the breakfast. However, when I went down the breakfast, they gave me the box to pack the food myself. It’s wasted my time and I had delayed for 10 mins for departure.

I’ve always wanted to stay at this hotel, but I was hesitant due to my previous experience at Amari JB, especially with the toilet cleanliness. However, Amari Kuala Lumpur didn’t disappoint—I was truly impressed with both the cleanliness and the location. The breakfast was just average; for sahur, the first day was a letdown, while the second day was acceptable. The only downside was the parking—you have to drive up to level 5. You have to pay for the parking. Im still confuse whether its rm5 per stay or per day. I got a good rate by book trough Trip instead of directly with Amari. I’ll definitely be back.

The location was easy to find. The reception area was really nice same goes to the drink provided at that area. The hotel staff are really friendly and attentive.
I've accidentally wrongly ordered a cake delivery ahead of time, before I managed to return to the hotel, made a call to the reception about this, it was so kind of them, they helped me to keep it in their refrigerator.
And upon booking, we mentioned that it was for Valentine's celebration, they prepared a really nice setting and a complimentary cake for us too. Thank you so much for this.
It was a great stay, apart from us forgetting to put on the do not disturb sign, which the hotel room cleaning team buzz on the door bell twice at around 9am till we woke up. But will definitely recommend it to others.
Yea, the parking is at level 5, but unlike apartments' parking level, each level only requires one turn, so to us, it was okay.

It's our 1st time to stay in this Hotel even though we used to stay in Amari Watergate but now it's just called Amari Bangkok whenever we went to Bangkok, Thailand. A very quiet hotel in a peaceful location maybe it's a weekend! Still a very new & very nice hotel. Nice and very clean room we had at 15th Floor, 1509!
Great breakfast with good spread, delicious foods & friendly staff. Nice swimming pool though we didn't swim!
Very Happy to come back again for our weekend staycation to this hotel as it's just a walking distance to Garden & MidValleyMall and to LRT Station, Abdullah Hukum.
Somehow, whenever I switched on the TV, it greeted me with a wrong name maybe the previous customer! Luckily, it's a man's name, otherwise my wife maybe suspicious😂😂😂!

Very good hotel. New, comfortable bed. Walking distance to the Mall! Good room service! Food was good!
