Excellent, helpful staff, delicious breakfast, the only thing is the front office staff didn't want to give extra door access card which is only one card, it's hard for my family to go out by batch.

It’s very good hotel directly connected to mall. The staff and room were good. Breakfast have all kinds of food including Indian. We really like South Indian food. Thanks to murthy who made really nice fresh dosa/idli and other South Indian dishes and masla chai was also good.

I had a great experience staying at Aloft KL. The room is clean, service is good, great location and easy to commute around. The hotel is linked to Nu central shopping mall and KL sentral where you can take all the public transport including monorail, LRT and the KLIA Express.

Thoughtful arrangement especially the candy and chocolates prepared for the kid.
Separate air bed was set up to split someone who’s under the weather.

I had a well-spent weekend with my beloved family here. Upon entering the hotel lobby, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles and guided us to the check-in counter. They explained the hotel amenities very well, providing detailed information about each accommodation. The view was beautiful, and I managed to surprise my sister and parents for their birthdays in the room. The hotel management did a great job with the decorations. So far, I have truly enjoyed my time here.
