Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Love their hospitality.
Parking is very narrow. Rm10 per entry.
Room is spacious for my little family. But the fridge is old. Cannot store my baby’s food inside. Toilet okay but can be cleaner. View of time square.
Swimming pool is small. There is kids section.
Overall im very satisfies. Will definitely stay there again.

Overall the location was great. We find it easy to get around the city. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, just a generous feedback on the tv its kinda old and there’s limited channel to it. It would be great to have a few channels available as some might be staying over with children. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant experience. We will definitely be coming back again.

The hotel is within walking distance to Times Square Mall, Lalaport Mall, and Imbi Monorail Station, making it convenient for shopping and getting around. Check-in and check-out were fast. The room was clean, comfortable, and had strong air conditioning.
Overall satisfied with my stay and will come back again.

Location perfect , room was nice , clean and comfortable. But as our room was at a lower level we could hear the traffic of the busy road. The swimming pool is very small for such a big hotel. That was quite disappointing.

Location is very good
Near to Mall and megastar arena
However, the car park is worst and narrow
Car park cost RM10 per day
The room cleanliness also need to improve as many dust and particle

Even if this is an older hotel, the facilities are well maintained and the service is still excellent! I love the beautiful towels and bedsheets, the sitting benches with the cute pillows. I enjoyed the little pool since I had it all to myself.
