Excellent Stay once again, The Ritz never failed to deliver. We had an amazing Valentines Day celebration and stay at the Ritz.
The only thing I felt could have been improved was the Wi-Fi signal strength and speed. Our room 1715 manage to get between 1-3 bar intermittently and it caused a lot of disruption as there were no 4G/5G signal in our room.
Also there were pest (cockroach) in the buffet area and we reported it. That was very disturbing and disgusting. It just shows how YTL manages their business and trey their guest.

The team in the club lounge were very friendly and good with assistance. Ambience and stay with club lounge was awesome. Only thing to comment was the waiting time for drinks during the lounge sessions. Waited for almost 20mins for the drinks to be served. Understood that the staff said he is understaffed and working alone and needed some time, but I feel 20 mins++ was a bit too much. Aside from that, I salute and thank the team for providing my friend and I such a pleasant stay with Riz Carlton

We came for staycation for a birthday celebration. Sadly, the welcome birthday amenities were not ready upon check in, despite confirmation via email.
Nonetheless we are still happy with it :)
Buffet spread can be improved (comparing to other hotel's buffet spread) for both breakfast and dinner. Love the live music :)
Will come again for the service but not for the facilities.
