"Everything liked. The view from the room is chic. Convenient location, everything is clean. Of the downsides there are few shops near, but it's small"
"I didn't expect the hotel to be nice because the price was very cheap, but I was surprised because it was nice, clean, and the receptionist was very kind. I highly recommend it for those on a budget."
"Our 3rd time here but this time we were disappointed with the check in process. We arrived a bit late, almost 10pm. There's no one at the reception 😕 we rang the bell, call the hotel but there's no answer. After 20 minutes, one guy came out of nowhere. Not even a single sorry, he gave us the key and the rest is history 😂 Other than that, this hotel will always be our favourite because near the eatery, also a walking distance to Titiwangsa station (MRT, star LRT and monorail)."

"The staffs were very friendly, the location I picked this hotel was very near to the National Stadium Bukit Jalil for my Bruno Mars concert, although its 20mins plus by walking distance but I still prefer to get Grab car much easier and faster to get there
Overall the hotel was comfortable to stay in for 3days 2nights for concert, room was okay the only thing is the TV is there but it's not working 🤣, water dispenser need to go to the receptionist counter to fill in and there is no chair for the dressing table 🤣
But yeah overall the service, friendly of staffs very satisfied, just that hope they will do some fixing about the TV, water dispenser and please have the stainless steel body judge kettle in each room, love to visit the hotel again for my next trip 🥰🥰🥰😘🤭🤭🤭🤭"
"The decor and amenities within V Hotel are aged. Eateries within walking distance are limited to Malay food and the mamak place downstairs. Access to TBS requires a 15min walk thru KK Mart headquarters, an overhead bridge and then a stretch to the Shell station opposite."
"The breakfast was an upset. Not much varieties. The juice selections were diluted and those smoothies, fruits and yogurt were not fresh too.
My pillow still got long hair once I arrived, the lightbulb in the room was blinking too.
Bathroom was slippery, maybe the previous guest shower and the housekeeper never wash the floor properly.
The electrical outlet was with a noise which was very so annoying. Buzzing sound
My room door was out of battery during my stay too which I was not be able to enter my room. My room key can even access to wrong floor which leads me to another floor.
On a good side, the room service satay was good. Bed and blanket are comfortable. Front desk staff are welcoming, greet every time we passed by."
"Was happy with the efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. Impressed with Mr Solihein from Horizon who went extra mile to take us to see the amazing view from top building and we create great memories with lots of photos taken. Since this is our first Raya without our mother, he had hearten our heart. . The friendly and helpful staffs from Horizon were there for every need of mine, and always available. It was a wonderful experience."
"**A Luxurious Birthday Celebration at The St. Regis – An Unforgettable Experience**
My recent stay at The St. Regis to celebrate my birthday was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, the staff orchestrated a seamless blend of opulence, personalized service, and thoughtful surprises that transformed a special occasion into a lifelong memory.
**Arrival & Welcome:**
The experience began with a warm, elegant check-in where the concierge immediately acknowledged my birthday celebration. A complimentary upgrade to a suite was offered, setting the tone for the indulgent stay. The lobby’s grand ambiance, with its crystal chandeliers and fresh floral arrangements, felt like stepping into a world of refined sophistication.
**The Room:**
Our suite was a masterpiece of luxury—spacious, impeccably designed, and adorned with a surprise birthday setup. A handwritten note from the manager, a decadent chocolate cake, accompanied by a bouquet of fresh roses. The attention to detail, from the plush bedding to the marble bathroom (complete with Remède toiletries), exuded comfort and class.
**Birthday Touches:**
The hotel’s butler service truly shined. Upon learning of the celebration, they arranged a private in-room dining experience with a customized menu, including a candlelit dessert presentation. Later, turndown service included rose petals and a soothing bath drawn with aromatic oils—a perfect prelude to the evening.
Dining & Amenities:
Dinner at the hotel’s signature restaurant was a culinary triumph. The staff surprised me with a tableside serenade and a bespoke dessert platter.
Service Beyond Compare:
What stood out most was the genuine care from every staff member. From the concierge securing last-minute theater tickets to the butler remembering my coffee preference each morning, their anticipatory service felt both magical and effortless.
Final Thoughts:
The St. Regis didn’t just host my birthday—it elevated it into a fairytale. For those seeking a celebration marked by luxury, attention to detail, and heartwarming hospitality, this iconic hotel is unparalleled. I left not just with souvenirs, but with cherished memories and a desire to return.
Rating:★★★★★ (5/5) – A flawless celebration in every sense."

Great
MMyQCelebrating my friend 's birthday at Ritz KL. She really enjoyed her trip staying at Ritz Club Lounge. She eats, drinks, and sleeps without stepping out of the hotel. The only disappointment is that the breakfast happened this morning on the 1st floor, the lobby. We requested corner tables but were refused, saying that the table is meant for 4paxs, but I saw more than 2 tables of 2 also occupied 4paxs table. I gave feedback to him immediately that they had different standards that only refused our request. I'm quite disappointed that I really spoiled my mood in the morning. I have been staying at ritz KL a few times. It will not be a worthy if standard dropped. I think minimally they need to practice the same standards across the whole hotel since rated 5 stars
Jjazz69Bad-During booking of room ,trip did not specify the room view.there for my view from the pool was block by a building.and I was told to upgrade with xtra fees..for the KLCC city view.
Good-breakfast spread was excellent n nice.
Dinner buffet was good too..
The staff was excellent.
Free carpark for hotel guest.

Great
Jjess hui yiThe experience over the past few days has been truly wonderful. I want to thank all the staff for giving my mom and me such a great birthday experience and surprise. ❤️
Special thanks to bellman Kumar, front desk staff Danny GSM, Hakimi, and the two lovely Indian girls (they were really patient and warm-hearted ❤️), housekeeper Hariman, the F&B managers, botanis Jeremy,Don and the lovely staff, outlet manager the surprise they prepared for my mom truly touched her deeply. 🥲
Honestly, I thought they might not recognize me when I came back this time, haha — but to my surprise, their astonished expressions when they saw me made me feel like I had returned home. 🫣
FfantasylandStayed 2 nights here. I wouldn’t consider this a hotel, it’s more like serviced apartments. The only toiletries provided are towels, body wash and shampoo. Location is also not fantastic, no malls or convenient stores nearby. Our plane landed after midnight and we checked in at almost 3am, someone helped to call the person manning the front desk to come, which took awhile. The inside door lock was spoilt for the room we stayed but our belongings were untouched. You pay for what you get. It’s okay for short term stay. Didn’t have any issues with cleanliness

Very Good
AAWATIF FAKHIRAWhat did we enjoy?
Fasilities are in a good condition. Room will full of mirrors which made the room appear to be big, the sliding mirror door which is nice… Breakfast is fine, Swimming pool not so big but just okay. Nearby out meeting place, just need to take elevator. PARKING is FREE for 2 days. The staff is great too. So for me its worth every penny paid. Kudos to VKL team!
Whats not so enjoyable?
The vivahome shopping mall beside hotel is hidup segan mati tak mahu (nothing is there). We took grab to Sunway Velocity Mall which have more choices and just 5 mins away.
MMJ BuBuTropicana The Residences offers a convenient stay in Kuala Lumpur, especially for those who want to be near Suria KLCC. The location is strategic, with just a 25-minute walk to Pavilion Bukit Jalil. Service is good, with a dedicated customer service number for requests like mineral water, and a RM200 deposit is required upon check-in. While the cleanliness is acceptable, the biggest downside is that the swimming pool is currently under repair. On the bright side, a free washing machine is available for guests, adding extra convenience to the stay.

Very Good
AAnonymous UserEverything was great! I booked and checked in last minute, yet still managed to secure a room for one night during peak season. Located in Bukit Bintang area and near to Jalan TAR. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was good. However, the parking situation was inconvenient that you have to find it behind the hotel, and the area felt a bit scary.
NNurizyani AzharThis is my second time staying here for a short trip with family. It’s an old hotel, so I didn’t expect much but overall, I’m satisfied. A perfect spot for a quick stay at a reasonable price.
YYIU KI NGThe reception and the hotel rooms are in 2 separated buildings connected by corridor, use 2 different lifts. A bit of walking distance, but the direction signs are clear. The AC of the corridor was not turned on, so hot and choky, but the room is clean and tidy, good for overnight stay. The toilet is clean, but the edges of the white tiles at the shower corner and the washing basin stained with some mould, not good but acceptable. The safe and the refrigerator are not working. The reception staff is nice and polite.
