和老公住了兩天，整體體驗讓我們深感滿意，酒店有免費的地下停車場，由於我睡眠不好前台貼心為我換了一間安靜的房間，房間清潔度到床鋪舒適度，酒店的每個細節都無可挑剔，酒店自助早餐品種豐富，服務真的是精緻到客房打掃人員！我是一個及其愛喝水的人，客房打掃時大姐看見我桌上的水沒有了，特別熱情地告訴我，缺什麼隨時打電話給前台，我給你送來，這讓我感受到了酒店對客人的尊重和關懷，絕對寶藏酒店。

酒店很新，服務態度很好，就是有點小瑕疵，進房間前房門就是開着的，讓我惶恐！房間很乾凈，小，預訂的時候忘了看是否有窗户，有點悶！不差錢可以選擇有窗户）早餐很豐富，就是吃出點不是食品的泡沫渣子！這樣的酒店，除了在服務態度上保持，有點小建議，聽否自便！一，細節上注意！二，食品衞生上有待提高！

從丹東溯鴨綠江而上（一定要走國道331，不要走高速），兩個多小時就到寬甸，一路風景如畫，水果蜜甜。沒想到一個縣城還有這麼好的酒店！硬件設施跟南方四星酒店齊平，賓至如歸的熱情服務卻是南方罕見的。保安和前台的服務員深深温暖了我這個南方老土豆，像東北小品經常説的，他們是真把你當做“家人”。酒店門口有寬甸最好吃的羊肉湯（30塊吃到撐），酒店對面的餐廳出品也相當不俗，特別是大拌菜和家常燜魚，值得一試。我常想東北最美的風景是什麼？是東北人。
