Clean room. Low pressure on the shower. Late check is quite problematic. They need to improve it. Should have a receptionist 24hours.

I recently stayed at Koptel Hotel in Kuching, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few areas for improvement. The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to several restaurants and shopping spots, which made it easy to explore the city.

Very good,cheap but clean..tqsm..stay many time already..this time hotel put new paint..room look more clean & awesome look..the staff as usual,very kind & friendly..keep up ur good service,thanks .
