I asked to leave my luggage there. When I returned, it was still there in the lobby. The receptionist didn't say anything to me so I had to collect it myself. The service was disappointing.

I stayed here for a night because I was attending a seminar. The location was close to the station so there was no problem. There was only one foreign person at the reception, but he spoke Japanese well. The price was cheap, so overall I think it was fine and I would use it again. I ate dinner on the other side of the station.

食事がないのでコンビニ弁当か、喫茶店のモーニング仕方がないが少し寂しい。
部屋のデスク上のコンセント死んでる。わかっているのなら張り紙するか、説明が事前に欲しい。女房の部屋も同様。枕元と床近くは問題なし。
部屋の電話、ランプ着かないし、取り上げても通信音がない。これも故障か?もしそうなら事前に説明が必要。モーニングコールできなかった。
連泊だが二日目に早めにホテルに一度戻ったら、鍵を渡してくれなかった。チェックインの時間までは入れないと。抗議して問い合わせしてもらいカギは受け取ったが。新人の教育不足
