Luolan Holiday Hotel

The front desk lady at the hotel was cold and rude. After finishing the bottle of water in the room, I wanted to drink the next day's water in advance. The front desk said they would deliver it, but I waited for a whole night and it was not delivered. The next day, they said they would not deliver it. The front desk clerk had no sense of service at all, was rude, and had no quality. The hotel environment is a shared elevator with several other hotels. The lights in the corridor are inductive and do not work well. It is dark in the corridor at night. The mattresses are not up to standard. The disposable slippers are as thin as paper. Each room only provides two pairs for free. If the shoes are wet, you have to pay for an extra pair. In short, I will never stay in this hotel again, and I will not recommend it to friends. On the contrary, I remind everyone not to stay in this hotel. The reason is very simple. The service of the front desk lady is too bad, that is, there is no service. The hotel has few facilities. Even the central air-conditioning is hidden and then illuminated by the central air-conditioning to make people think it is the central air-conditioning. Overall it was good. When we checked in, we were in a building with two other hotels. There were convenient supermarkets around. The room was relatively large, suitable for family travel. We encountered a problem with the water socket tripping, which was quickly resolved. However, the TV would run out of power from time to time. Since we didn't watch TV, we didn't have any feedback.
