Staff is friendly. Hotel is about 10-15min walk to Kulai Mall. But the hotel lobby and room is smelly. Hotel doesn’t provide free parking.

The hotel is clean. Location is good as many eateries nearby. Drive about 5 mins is AEON. The room is small, simple.

We chose executive king size room. Nothing surprise in the room but the open area for travellers are interesting. It comes with fridge, drinking water machine some utensils. And the most important is its near to the senai airport.

Overall - clean, quiet, value for money, good location to food and shops, and mall. A good rest stop for me from Senai Airport.
However, (1) Internet tend to be intermittent in speed and ping, (2) Second storey climb requires 25 steps up the staircase.

the drinking water bottle looks dirty , prefer serve better hair and body shampoo , and change the hair dryer , it’s wore look dangerous . The ground floor room is very noisy
