The property was in a picturesque location and the service was really top notch. Though a little far from Manali, it actually is closer to Atal Tunnel and Solang valley, saving at least 30 minutes in drive time. The service at the hotel was very good, front desk manager Ms. Pihu, restaurant staff Rakesh and Sarthak, new joined Rithesh were all very helpful throughout our stay.

Very good stay at ITC Hamsa. The property is new and very well curated with beautiful views in the mountains and and amazing garden. Food options are very good, both for breakfast and lunch/dinner. Special mention to Mr Sahil of High Adventure Tours who supported us with transportation with an excellent service.

The entire experience, from the time we entered the property to the time we checked out, it was simply magical. The attention to detail, courteous staff, high quality food and a lovely spa made our short trip truly memorable. Looking fo forward to a longer stay in the winters

ITC Hamsa was the best hill station vacation experience we’ve had ever. The property is out of the world and compares with any European hotel nestled in between an apple orchard with 360deg unobstructed views of the mountains. The service is exdeptional and the staff go the extra mile to make ur stay relaxing and comfortable - starting from the front office led by Mr Prem and Ms Poonam and the restaurant staff of - Sonu, Rajan, Rakesh, Shekhar, Amit and others. The House keeping was wonderful and ensured every amenity was provided in the well done rooms. Kudos to Ms Shivani, the GM and her leadership. There were many other staff members that we have not mentioned - but thank them sincerely. The food was amazing and the ambience too good to imagine. We strongly rwcommend ITC Hamsa and look forward to our next vacation there - hopefully soon :) Best wishes!! Saurabh Saxena & Family

Our family spent an unforgettable six nights at Welcomhotel by ITC Hamsa Manali, and the entire experience was outstanding. Nestled in a serene apple orchard at Burwa village, the resort boasts breathtaking Himalayan views – a slice of paradise just 30 minutes from Old Manali. From front desk to housekeeping to restaurant staff, every member went above and beyond with warm, attentive service. They anticipated our needs, especially for our children, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Special mention for Mrs. Poonam and Mr Prem The multi‑cuisine restaurant “The Light House” served delicious, freshly prepared meals. We enjoyed everything from local Himachali dishes to continental breakfasts — kudos to the chefs and staff for consistently excellent quality. The views from this restaurant are as good as its food. Special mention to Mr. Shekhar who was our server for the entire stay. Welcomhotel ITC Hamsa Manali delivered a flawless family holiday: top-notch service, delicious food, comfortable rooms, and a beautiful setting. Strongly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly Himalayan retreat.

I went to celebrate my anniversary .loved the property the view,the location is away from the hustle of the main Manali. very peaceful stay and special mention to the superb decoration done by housekeeping staff Mr. Dinesh ! Must visit........

The overall attitude is false modesty The success is making them arrogant . Of course few staff are Always good at all places say ...RISHAB at restaurant . Front desk is just acting .my query regarding adding my nights to my club membership.was replied ...we will get back tomorrow....but they never did since staff kept changing
