hot water not coming properly during morning bed length can be increased somewhat for 6 feet person

Clean rooms, superb location, complete value for money. Staff was kind and helpful. There was enough parking space which was easily accessible. Mountain and river view from the rooms which we got. I loved it.

Hotel is not exactly is Kasol. It is on the way to Kasol…. 3 kms away. Hotel ambience is good. Hotel is at the river side and river can be seen from upper floors. View of mountains from room looks nice. Food is excellent. Little service issues otherwise good stay.

Food was terrible, floors were dirty. Rooms are good. Staff is not friendly. Far from city centre. View from hotel is beautiful.

Service not so good, everything or anything u ask for is denied by the staff, food is not so good. We took buffet for breakfast and it was all bad in taste, uncooked chapatis n ol. U have no fridge in room.Overall experience not so good. I would not recommend for any one good thing except clean room.

The hotel looks an under construction building. Rooms are dusty, not cleaned up well staff is good.

A very bad experience for us as the hotel staff just don’t listen to your genuine issues as well as one of our family members got stuck in the washroom for 1 hour due to their negligence of hospitality & the hotel staff frequently switch off the pressure pump for water which creates water shortage in washrooms despite our regular reminders. Breakfast buffet was not good at all & having just 2 options to eat inspite of writing so much items in their menu & charge extra even for omelette, curd etc.

I stayed at gezellig inn - magic mountain, kasol during peak season of new year and totally loved the service they provided. The stay experience was pleasant and they took care of everything that i asked for. The staff was very polite and dedicated. Even on the day of checkout, since my travel was planned early morning they arranged the breakfast early as per my demand. I would surely recommend this place for the people who wants to stay in kasol at any time
