I stay in this hotel for 1 day , we opt luxury room with balcony . Nice view , Delicious food , very neat and clean kids play area indoor and outdoor . We enjoyed bornfire with tambola . They offer welcome drink at the time of check in . Staff was very polite.

The staff was so ill mannered and non trained. They used to came in our rooms and private space without even knocking. Without even asking to recollect the cutlery from our room, one of the staff came, got inside the loving area without knocking, took the plate and cutlery and went back, without even asking.

The Highland Park exceeded our expectations! Karan was very accommodating and helped us plan our activities. The views from the room were spectacular! We had an amazing stay at The Highland Park, thanks to Lakshay’s warm hospitality. The hotel is clean and well-located with incredible views of the valley.

It was an amazing experience at The Highland Park,Manali.The property was so good as well as the management.Every staff was soft spoken and very friendly.The location of this property is also very nice.It is situated on the bank of river Beas.Over all experience was very nice.

We booked family junior suite we didn’t asked for extra bed we told them that we can adjust but they charged forcefully. Food was not at all good. Very less choice in menu card. We have gone there to enjoy but they didn’t allow us to play sing after 10 pm. Overall stay was not satisfactory and rates are very high compare to rooms

The hotel is located on river side and property is very nice . The staffs are very professional and polite. Mr. Tilak and Yuvraj were very helpful. The food was amazing. Highly recommend place. We will visit again .
