This is a star 3 star hotel. However, we will rate it as 2 stars. The rating needs to be reassessed. Management on the front desk is a complete joke. On day 1, we were not met with professional staff. They were all over the place, and none of them had a clue what to do. We were checked into our room, and linen was dirty with stains. We asked for an extra mattress with the tour operator, and one was only provided when we challenged them that we had already paid for it. We were moved to another room too due to the problems. Telephone didn't work. WiFi password wasn't shared until we asked them. The bottle of water is chargeable in every instance. They have no power too most hours of the day where we were forced to walk with our mobile lights on while having 2 children under 3 with us. The rooms are great and like the pictures, but the unprofessional manner of the reception staff and the lack of training in hospitality is a true sign. We also booked buffet breakfast and dinner, and for the first 2 days, we were told no buffet as occupancy is low. Room service was provided. Food quality is good. Parvin, who looked after us from the restaurant, is the reason we gave some rating. Otherwise, this hotel is 0 stars overall. He gets 5 stars for his service. The staff don't speak English and when asking for the manager they have no clue who it is. Breakfast and dinner are provided between 830am. and :. and :. to 10 am and 830pm to 10 pm, respectively. A lot later than most hotels we have stayed at in the past. With small children, this is not great nor ideal. The hotel has the potential to be great, but the manners and lack of training let it down. There is no tea or coffee facility in the rooms. There is no shower gel or shampoo in the bathrooms. Toilet paper you need to ask for. Breakfast doesn't include toast or tea and is chargeable. If you order this, they will charge you. There is no mention at checkin. This is the case. Will we return? never. Hotel needs to undergo training and new management.
