Stay was beautiful with the location of the hotel was excellent. The main disappointment was the breakfast buffet. Although the food at alacart was good but morning breakfast was terrible. Other than that staff was courteous with absolute great location of bank.

Property was nice. Rooms were very spacious. Food was a bit of expensive side. The property is on outskirts of kasol. So you should have a own vehicle to go roam somewhere

Location -good, food - not bad, amenities - average, housekeeping - poor. Maintenance and cleanliness is poor. Hotel is being operated like a shop. Reception, lobby, make-shift restaurant (for serving breakfast) all in one place. The ambience and the vibes are bad. Very basic breakfast. The quality of towels was bad. Bed linen was not clean. Had to ask for change of bath towels and bed linen. Room cleanliness was poor.
