The stay at hotel greenfield feels like no different from the home the staff is so helpful and polite and understanding. I would love to visit this place very often. I booked a family suite that includes two bedrooms attached to each other. Good for kids too.

The experience was great but the last 2 Days were really hectic as the planning in regards with power back up was not upto the mark. I understand that its a place where weather conditions cannot be predicted but having sufficient power back up and a 2nd source of water is must. The night before the C/O and The day of check out there was no water in the Hotel/ Hostel which lead to facing a lot of difficulty. The food is great vibe is awesome as it should be facilities are almost available. The staff is helpful to some point their contacts are of great help. Cleaning part it felt that the bed sheets and pillow covers are not replaced its just dusted and used again.

I have taken room from make my trip advisor. But it was not good. There were many basic things missing in room like tooth paste, tooth brush, iron, tissue papers, comb, hand wash. There was no any common area in hotel. There was no any option in breakfast. And food was also not good. I asked for tooth paste and brush they told we don’t provide this is not that much good much hotel. People are not ready to improve the hotel.

The location is great—very close to Hadimba Devi Temple and just a 5-minute auto ride to Mall Road. The property has its own parking, which is a big plus if you’re driving your own vehicle. The staff was very cooperative and helpful. The food was average—not bad, but nothing special. We had a mountain view room, but the view was partly blocked by nearby buildings. Overall, it was a good stay, especially for the price. I would recommend it to couples and families.

Our stay at Bookmark Resorts Manali exceeded all expectations and left me thoroughly impressed! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The dining experience was a culinary delight, with a wide array of delicious dishes that satisfied my palate. What truly sets Bookmark Resorts apart is the impeccable service provided by the staff, who went above and beyond to cater to my every need with a genuine smile. Whether it was arranging transportation or providing recommendations for local attractions, they were always ready to assist with the utmost professionalism. My time at Bookmark Resorts Manali was nothing short of magical, and I wholeheartedly give it a five-star rating.

The manager of the hotel is very polite. We check out room by 11 am. We are 2 families and our bus was at 6pm eve. We keep your luggage and use aminity like bathroom water etc. We glad that manager was so polite and allow us there at reception with kids and allow us washroom and lukewarm water for kids.

I booked all three room categories at this hotel. The attic rooms were average, but the premium and family suites were fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel, especially since it’s within walking distance of all the major attractions in Manali. They could just improve their breakfast buffet a bit, and it would truly feel like a luxury hotel.
