We were give room on the 3rd floor for our return stay, the WiFi connection was terrible, there were some kind of red stains on one of our bath towel. No bottle mineral waters were provided to us at all. The walls have some brown stain that looks like coffee stained as well. Bed was not comfortable and we didn’t really sleep well.

I don’t like the smell in the bathroom. The room is quite small. But you have every thing you may need in the room: fridge, a cattle, hairdryer, flat tv screen and a bathtub.

Room was clean and the best part was the rooftop facing Kumamoto Castle. My room, however wasn’t facing the castle sadly.

Good location, near the shopping street, and there are few convenient stores nearby. The view of my room can see the Kumamoto castle!
Not a big room, but you will get all the things you need inside the room.
Good for couple or Busines trip, quite a comfy and clean environment to stay.
