I stayed here with my family before returning to my parents' home. Located at the entrance to the new town, the Sakuramachi bus stop and tram are right in front of the hotel, and you can walk to Kumamoto Castle, making it an ideal location for a sightseeing base. There is also a convenience store nearby, so the location is excellent. The hotel was renovated in 2023 and the rooms are clean. Amenities other than toothbrushes are prepared in front of the front desk, so there is no inconvenience. However, there were no slippers prepared in my room, so I always had to move around in my shoes. (It seems that there were slippers in the rooms of other family members, but it seems that they only forgot to put them in my room.) The hotel does not have a parking lot, so I parked at the affiliated Passuto Karashimacho. The fee is 1,200 yen from 14:00 to 12:00 the next day. I thought that I would pay an additional 400 yen for the extension because I paid before 15:00 the next day, but the management office told me, ”The total is 2,800 yen, minus the affiliated fee of 1,200 yen, so it is 1,600 yen,” so I paid. But I feel like I've been deceived somehow.
