We loved this resort! From check in to check out everything went smooth. All the staff are so kind & courteous. Special mention : Shyam at Reservations,Indraja, Deepamol& Piyush at Reception & all the restaurant staff. chef Jelson took great pains to make special food to meet my dietary requirements. Also the South Indian cuisine Chef. Anandu and all the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Ali the doorman was very helpful too. We stayed in the Executive Tower room- very spacious with a large , private bathroom and a balcony with lake view, though far away. The AC worked very well. Bed was a bit lumpy& pillows were too thick& hard, but we still managed to sleep well There’s lots of space to walk around the property. Evening Chayakada, Shikara boat ride and entertainment were also included in the tariff. The only suggestion we have is about checking the pressure pump every morning so that the toilet flush works without any hiccups! Also, cleanliness in the dining hall and rooms may have to be looked into by the supervisors.

Staffs were soo friendly and supportive. From the front office, resultant team, parking team all were really good. We had a homely feeling. Ambience is excellent. Good service overall. Food is also good. Pool was clean and less clorine. Have decent activities in and arround. Really recomend a days stay here.

Review long time pending, Visited Backwater Ripples for a company meeting with my family, and the experience was wonderful. The staff was excellent, specially Deepa rajith, who made our stay even more comfortable. The food was delicious, and the peaceful backwater boat ride was truly calming as it glided smoothly over the water. The sunset view was breathtaking, making the moment even more special. A perfect mix of work and relaxation, creating unforgettable memories. Highly recommended!

This hotel is going to change your life. It elevates your holiday to a new realm. The peace and tranquility are instantly soothing, the service is EXCELLENT and faultless everywhere you go. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the food is wonderful. And we cannot believe the value for money. We had the best time here. A true South Indian experience with a luxury feel, we only wish we could stay longer!

This property is just brilliant! The rooms just give you this wonderful view of the lake. Just mesmerizing! The spacious rooms, the well equipped mini bar, the room service is just brilliant. The restaurant food is so so good. The tender coconut souffle is to die for. The Chinese food is yummm! Add to that the evening tea and snacks infront of the lake with the sunset!! The complimentary boat ride they provide is so so good. Everything about this resort will make you want to come back again and again. One of the best places we have ever stayed at and will surely come back again. Last but not the least, the staff. So courteous, always smiling and always ready to help.

Great location on the backwaters. We thoroughly enjoyed complimentary boat ride & live music in the evening. If you are nature enthused make sure to visit the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary and scale up the watch towers to have a nice birds eye view of a bird colony of Egrets & Painted Stocks.
