Review long time pending, Visited Backwater Ripples for a company meeting with my family, and the experience was wonderful. The staff was excellent, specially Deepa rajith, who made our stay even more comfortable. The food was delicious, and the peaceful backwater boat ride was truly calming as it glided smoothly over the water. The sunset view was breathtaking, making the moment even more special. A perfect mix of work and relaxation, creating unforgettable memories. Highly recommended!

This property is just brilliant! The rooms just give you this wonderful view of the lake. Just mesmerizing! The spacious rooms, the well equipped mini bar, the room service is just brilliant. The restaurant food is so so good. The tender coconut souffle is to die for. The Chinese food is yummm! Add to that the evening tea and snacks infront of the lake with the sunset!! The complimentary boat ride they provide is so so good. Everything about this resort will make you want to come back again and again. One of the best places we have ever stayed at and will surely come back again. Last but not the least, the staff. So courteous, always smiling and always ready to help.

The resort is wonderful. Every single member of the staff go above and beyond - most welcoming, caring, accommodating to my family. Such a beautiful place with amazing rooms, boating experiences, infinity pool with view, speedboating, delicious food of both South Indian local and international cuisines, and truly the best staff ever we have experienced. They helped arranged a tasty cake for my birthday and the entire team came to sing. Thank you to manager Karthika and the entire Backwater Ripples staff for great family vacation.

Very good property and good service. Nice view from room and very pleasant environment. Spent good time with family and enjoyed it well. Good food and room service. They have separate kitchen for vegetarian, which I like the most being a pure vegetarian.

Everything about this resort exceeded our expectations. There was so much to enjoy— the welcoming staff, cold drinks at the Irish-themed pub, the lake cruise, the pool, delicious local snacks, live music and dance performances, massage offerings. The whole vibe was just amazing.

This resort was absolutely amazing. Reception staff was so lovely. Food was nice with lots of variety the pool overseas the lake you can have kayaking boat ride bicycle ride. Dessert was beautiful the ice cream brownie a much with moktaila . The gym facilities has weights and treadmill, also there is a spa on site. They also have teatime between four and 5 to grab some light snacks so scenic and restful would definitely recommend needed for a getaway to rest and recharge. also, staff was very lovely and accommodating. I went during Ramadan and was fasting and they were able to provide me breakfast earlier at 4 am so that I could start my fast which was absolutely amazing.

It was my wife's 60th Birthday, and I think Backwater Ripples was the best place to celebrate the event with the family. We all loved the property, food and the hospitality extended. Mrs.Sindhu , Guest Experience Manager is just brilliant. Thank you so much Sindhu for the courtesy extended during our stay. Deepa, the ever smiling face her colleagues was perfect in her profile. Nothing to beat - Jack of all trades JAYESH, the multi tasker ***. We shall visit Backwater Ripples again because of the fantastic lake view property, excellent BAR with snooker table, delicious food choice and above all the entire team. I would recommend all to vist and enjoy this property
