A great accommodation experience!
The room was just the right size. The one we booked had a kitchen and various utensils downstairs, as well as a microwave.
The view was amazing just step outside and you can enjoy the magnificent mt KK scenery.
Plus, the rooster will give you a wake up call to catch the sunrise ;) haha
Highly recommended! It’s perfect for a relaxing trip with friends or family.

sunrise from the back of the villa. With big big mirror.. you can on your pajamas and enjoy the big TV watching the sunrise break the peak of mt Kinabalu.
We gotten couple villa 5, can stay up to 4 pax.
Downstair parking + kitchen.
Upstairs bed, toilet & tv, walk to garden, bbq pit etc.
Dawn, catch the beautiful sunsetting sky..
peace environment. Suitable for group gathering.
Host update promptly.
Encounter blackout.. but we get to enjoy firefly, start nights.. no aircond but hv hot shower. Kitchen provide cooking ware, microwave, stove, steamboat.. everything!
Some Amenities still under construction.. still in progress.
Look forward the complete one.

Very nice view just outside our villa! Can see Mount KK! Despite alot of flies because it's near to the vege farm.

Nice cozy room with the Mount view, space is just nice for two.
The hotel/villa is located in a remote area but the environment is comfortable and with great view.
Parking space is available and bbq amenities are provided too. The only thing that needs to be bring up and improve is the water pressure and temperature of the water heater, the water is warm but the water pressure is terrible. The outflow of the water is so slow and it is a hassle to have a proper bath with the heater.

Nice mount kinabalu view and quiet stay as it is located further from the other villas (longer drive to arrive at the villa). The open/outdoor kitchen together with car porch downstairs is weird and unhygienic as it attracts many flies when we cook. Some kitchenware like frying pan is old/ rusty, we contacted the staff and they are super responsive and brought a new pan over immediately so overall service is good.

It's still new and clean. The staff is very enthusiastic. A deposit is required upon check-in, but it will be refunded within two days.

I’m generally satisfied and nice views, but the water pressure was low, there were no slippers provided for guests, and it would be even better if dogs were allowed.

Overall is quite nice. Nice place, nice view. Beds are clean. Suggest to change a better dishwasher liquid. The given one is very oily.

The villa is clean and spacious. It's conveniently situated near popular site such as Desa Daily Farm. Perfect for relaxion and nature appreciation.
