I recently had the opportunity to stay at your property and wanted to share my experience, both positive and concerning, to help improve your guest services. To begin with, the property itself is aesthetically designed and well-maintained. The overall ambiance , interior furnishings, and thoughtful decor reflect a clear attention to detail. The pool is also a great highlight, offering a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Both standard and luxury rooms are available, and the amenities provided are commendable in scope. However, despite the strong visual and structural appeal, I found the upkeep of certain recreational amenities lacking. For instance, the table tennis table was warped, and the carrom boards were in need of polishing and general maintenance. More notably, my experience with the room service was disappointing. The staff appeared uncooperative and unwilling to assist with simple requests. On one occasion, I asked for a plate to cut some fruit I had brought, and was informed there would be a charge for extra cutlery or plates. Only after reasoning with the staff was my request accommodated. A similar issue arose when I asked for ice cubes—they initially mentioned a charge but never delivered the item even after agreeing to provide it. Another concern was the room lighting. One of the lights in our room had no visible switch and remained on, disturbing our sleep. We were forced to switch off the mains to resolve the issue, which was highly inconvenient. While the property's design and concept are impressive, the service and maintenance standards currently fall short of expectations. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I believe with some attention to these issues, the guest experience could be greatly improved.The restaurant staff was very obliging and took care of us during breakfast and teatime snacks.
