Despite we upgraded to a better room, we had cockroaches all over in the room. Pathetic matress. Broken AC & bad walls. Overall experiance was not good as swimming pool was also not maintained & around 10.30 itself staff started knocking doors to check out while a request to extend till 11am was already agreed by reception staff.

We had a good stay at this hotel. Just a small concern hotel authority does not allow to seat and have a drinks at their restaurant dinning area. If you want to have a drinks u will have to seat in your room only. Thank uu

No WiFi service though mentioned, food was way too expensive, room service took a lot of time to provide needed things all together and I will never stay or visit Sunrise hill resort in future.

Very good experience with sunrise hill. Staff food is good. I would just like to add that it is essential to have a microwave oven in every room because your kitchen closes at 10 pm, which leaves no option for meals at night.

The location was good but the food and the room were not good the food was smelly and also undercooked. In the room bed was broken, washroom was not having slippers and the room was very average. It was not worth at all.
