The hotel has a good location, and the staff was friendly, which I appreciated. The rooms were decent, but my biggest concern was the extremely small bathroom. It was so cramped that taking a shower comfortably was nearly impossible without hitting the wall. Additionally, the lack of basic toiletries was disappointing, especially since the hotel charged extra for them—something I didn’t expect from a hotel of this standard and cost. There were also no tissue papers provided, which added to the inconvenience.

Being a traveller I've halted at many places in North North East North West South but not more than 2 days. But you guys made me to stay more than 5 days & it's all because of your awesome taste of food and your hospitality. Thanks a lot Silver Hills Resort.

It's a scenic and quiet place to relax over the weekend, the place was lacking some upkeep and it could probably be the effects of the pandemic as the staff were simply awesome. The staff right from the security guard, front office staff, housekeeping staff to the catering staff were ever smiling and eager to please, this quality of attention coupled with the delicious cuisine ***** with the follow-up from the restaurant staff to cater to dining requests (made to order) simply makes this place a must visit again favourite. The swimming pool was clean and spacious, there are no lifeguards on duty and one has to take care of one's own well being.

Staff here is extremely polite. They will guide you well. Also, they would keep giving remainders for food at night so that we don't miss out on food once the time passes. Same with breakfast, Last but not the least. Location is extremely worth every penny. We booked mountain view rooms. Over all everything is fair according to the prices we pay. Rather the location is so on point we were surprised why weren't they charging more.

Awesome place, friendly staff. Located in the outskirt of the main road. No much vehicle movement near the resort, so that guests can be more free. Parking available and also can park outside the gate as the is no other vehicles moving arround. Room services are good, they are in time. Food options are also very good. Breakfast is unlimited buffet if it is included in your booking, evergreen experience staying at silver hills resort.

Had a nice spacious family room on second floor, beautiful sunrise view in between the mountains from there, polite and helpful staff, clean ambience, food available at reasonable price, altogether a stay worth money paid, thankful to all the members of hotel who helped us to know more about the place.

Nestled conveniently close to the Lonavala railway station, this resort is a delightful escape for travelers seeking both comfort and adventure. The resort boasts spacious rooms with modern amenities and luxurious bathrooms, ensuring a comfortable stay. The swimming poolis large. The breakfast was also delicious at the end thanks to bhavesh ji for being awesome host.

It's the perfect getaway for those seeking a break from the city's chaos, the best part about it is it's delicious food, it's just too delicious better than all the restaurant close to it, I will give it a perfect five star ratings.
