Hotel staff were very hospitable and helpful. The hotel room was clean, well equipped and the layout was great. The bed was firm and comfortable. Wifi was stable.
We arrived late in the evening and was grateful to have some warm food for supper at the 20th floor. The breakfast was sumptuous, tasty yet healthy. The driver was friendly n kind. He drove carefully and helped us with our baggage. Everything was perfect... except for the guy who coordinated the transport at the airport. He was unfriendly and reluctant to help my friend, who had injured her hand, with her baggage.

I had a short layover in Kunming and I decided to book this wonderful hotel… The location great near to the airport.. I was taken over by the hospitality from the staff specially Ms.Cheng Jinli, the rooms are specious & clean .. The provide 24h free airport pickup, they where kind enough to provide me a free drop off service as my flight time didn’t match with their official drop off bus timing … I would high recommend this hotel to you guys 👍🏻👍🏻

Staff were super helpful, despite the need for translation they were proactive on the making suggestions and helping out. Well thought through amenities for a transit hotel.
Convenient airport drop-off as well.

Near the train station, but don't use the hotel shuttle service. It's old, smelly, and has a long wait. You have to sit with other people, which is very inconvenient.
The room is spacious and clean. The staff in the morning provided very good service.

This isn’t my first stay at an Atour hotel, and once again, I’m impressed by the thoughtful room design. The spacious washing sink located outside the bathroom is convenient. This location is good if you are catching an early or late flight as the hotel can arrange for pick up from the airport and transfer to the airport.

High floor and good view as we can see Changshui Airport night view from our room.
Large comfortable bed, instant water heater and well ventilation system at toilet area.
Hotel also provides free industry type washing machine and dryer that does help expedite washing and drying efficiency. Never seen this type of washing machine in other hotel.
Free supper and free flow of coffee available at 24 hours.
There is morning call that ensure that we don’t miss our flight and breakfast in balance diet is well prepared for us to eat on the plane.
For traveller that need short stay, I strongly recommend one to stay.
