The hotel is conveniently located near the Kunming Railway Station. It’s just 5 mins walk away from the North Entrance. It’s is also abut 10mins walk away from 2 metro stations of Line 2&1. There are a lot of restaurants at the level one of the hotel and food are great. There is also a huge supermarket, ShengSiong at level 1. Those travelers from Singapore will be very familiar with ShengSiong. I reached the hotel at 8am and they were kind enough to let me check in. The room is super big, clean, and with very nice city view. Couldn’t have asked for a better room. Will definitely stay there again.

Decent sized room and daily housekeeping are the best features alongside access to Kunming city.
The location by one of the main station throughput areas is excellent, particularly if you plan to spend a few days here before travelling onwards.
My stay was good overall; however, I will add that service was a little lacking.
For some odd reason one of the staff checked-out my key card early. Apparently it was to save time, but over the last few days of my stay I kept having to have my key card reinstated as I was continually locked out of my room. A bit annoying, so I cannot give full marks here for this.
I think that you will enjoy your stay here, mostly for convenience. Hopefully you won’t have your keycard frozen like mine!

My friend and I ,4 pax, originally booked two double bed rooms. As the room was too small for us, 2 of us decided to upgrade to a bigger room at additional costs and we were happy with the upgraded room. While my 2 other friends in another room had some issues with the toilet and the hotel upgraded them to bigger twin rooms without costs, after verifying their claim👍and they are satisfied with the owner's prompt response.

The room is big, same as photos. Good location. Easy to find from Kunming railway station., walking ~400 m. There are many restaurants around the hotel and not expensive. Reception is kind and friendly.

Stayed for one night, arrived the hotel at 3.45am and checkin counter is 24hr. Free upgrade to a suite room on level 31. Paid about usd25. Super happy with the hotel quality. Highly recommended

Room is very big, soft bed and clean toilet. Hotel locates in good location. 5 mins walk to Kunming railway station. Many convenience stores around this area.

Love this place. Cheap but it has the nicest bed for my first night in Yunnan. Amenities are good, great hot shower. Clean toilet. But more importantly, it’s strategic location, walking distance to the train station for my early train to Lijiang. There’s also a decent supermarket downstairs, and for muslim like me, there’s a small noodle restaurant next to the hotel that open early in the morning. Food is not a problem! Definitely reccomend this place to travellers.
