The hotel is quite Instagrammable, with a stylish design and nice aesthetics. However, the noise levels were a huge downside. The doors, including the main room door and the toilet door, had no buffering, making them slam loudly. The soundproofing was extremely poor—you can hear everything clearly, from people talking and kids screaming to footsteps and doors closing in the hallway. Maybe I was just unlucky to experience this.
I decided to modify my booking, and check out the next morning. If you're a light sleeper or value peace and quiet, this might not be the best choice.
That said, the staff were very helpful and responsive, even giving us a pack of 玫瑰花饼 as a thoughtful gesture.
Also, the restaurant was also a pleasant surprise— the food was absolutely delicious and exceeded our expectations.

All the staffs is very friendly and helpful. the room is excellent and theres no any complaints i can list. highly recommend if you go to kunming. and i would say MIRA restaurant taste gooodddddd!

Clean rooms with a great location. Near to the subway, bookstore, and other amenities. Hotel helped us receive parcels and store luggage. Would recommend to anyone coming to Kunming.

We were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a room with a balcony. The hotel features a modern design and boasts a great ambiance. Its location is highly convenient, and the beds are very comfortable.
A thoughtful touch is the complimentary laundry room, complete with washing machines and dryers — perfect for guests who need to do a quick wash.
A small suggestion: it would be fantastic if the hotel could add a hanger near the shower or basin area to accommodate shower robes or ladies' skin care/ make up bags. This little addition would make the experience even better.

This hotel really surprised me! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could feel its high quality and professional service. The room was spacious and bright, the bed was super comfortable, and the facilities were all available. The staff was warm and polite, always meeting my needs at the first time. It was a great experience to stay here! Especially the robot delivery was so fun!

Overall satisfy with our stay there as the hotel personnel do show responsiveness and politeness as we check in and checked out. It’s walking distance to famous walking street or shopping district.
