There is a serious smoking problem among guests staying in the hotel, and the name of the non-smoking floor is not worthy of its name. The waiter said there is nothing they can do about it. I don't smoke, so I feel the environment is very uncomfortable. There is a strong smell of cigarettes everywhere, and I can't turn on the air conditioner because of the smell. In addition, the room was poorly soundproofed. I could hear the TV and water running next door clearly on the night I checked in, and I was woken up directly. Everything else is fine.

I can't bear to turn it on. I was so hot all night. It really doesn't deserve the name Atour. This store is disgusting.
