Great hotel at the Dianchi lake area located right at the front of the drop-off area. The staff was welcoming and the hotel room was so comfortable and things to do around the park!

We loved the overall place but unfortunately the bunk bed or toys in the room may have mites or bugs that caused my toddler bitemarks which was evidently seen all over her body next day. I don’t think this is intentional but i hope when it comes to family room such detail is taken care of . Everything else was great , and it would be best if the toilet supplies children potty seat since it is a family friendly room. Also more manpower instead of the poor girl running around assisting
