Lavande Hotel (Kunming Linyuqiao Metro Station Beicheng Tiandi Branch)

There was a big leak in the ceiling of the room. I stepped on it with my paper slippers and it reached my waist. Fortunately, I didn't hit my head. I told the hotel front desk that the solution was to get a plastic basin and put it under it. During nap time, I was renovating the room next door. I was working on drills and sledgehammers all the time. I didn't fall asleep for a minute. When I left at 2:30, they stopped decorating. They didn't let you take a nap. The two decorators were still in the elevator. smoke. It was raining heavily, and I couldn’t even ask the hotel to borrow an umbrella. I opened the business in a hurry without finishing the decoration and not having the facilities in place. I didn’t care about anything just to make money. I was originally going to stay for a week, so I checked out early and ran away. I would rather stay in a B&B next door than in a hotel like this.

We rented two rooms together. 1. The bathroom in both rooms was very poor. There was dust and lint everywhere. Even if we had to clean it again, there was still some dust. 2. Breakfast is equivalent to nothing and there are very few categories. 3. When I arrived at around 3pm, the girl at the front desk was indifferent and didn't smile at all, as if she had just woken up. This was the worst experience I had at the Lavande Hotel in Kunming, the provincial capital. This seems to be the second time I have given a negative review in so many years.

酒店電梯是超級慢，樓下有裝修很吵，而且是晚上裝修。客房服務晚上有免費的宵夜，前台打了電話溝通好了但沒有送，非常的搞笑，送不了就別問，問了不送是什麼意思？續住的衹是覺得的打掃衞生，性價比不高

給父母訂的酒店，父母對酒店很滿意，説工作人員服務態度很好、很耐心，酒店的早餐也比較豐富，環境、衞生、設施都給滿分，以後去昆明就預訂這家酒店

酒店位於霖雨橋地鐵站附近，附近餐館眾多且價格合適。距離各景點並不遠。房間乾淨整潔，前台服務熱情。好評！

一個在小區附近的酒店，周邊就是北市區美食比較集中的地方，離地鐵近交通非常方便，房間寬敞舒適 ，房內控制系統也是智能的能連接手機藍牙很好用！酒店裡的服務員都很有禮貌遇到客人都會問好！前台的小哥哥非常貼心看到我帶着孩子還送了小公仔，孩子也很開心！早餐雖然種類不多但也算齊全中西都有，最好吃的就是雜醬米線裏，早晨來一碗就很滿足啦！因為搬家還沒弄好又續住！在自家門口住到一個不錯的酒店也算意外驚喜了！酒店洗衣房很好用
