The location that is near to railway station (walking distance). The staff is helpful and easy access. You can find almost everything nearby there.

Oh my god ! Such a wonderful stay , very neat to north gate kunming railway station . The owner is so sweet and kind , even we spoke through google translate . But all went good ! U need wechat to contact her ! Definately a 5 stars stay with very cheap price !

The room is small but clean. The location is great you can walk to the railway station. There is private bathroom but it’s squat toilet. The owner is so kind she pick us up in front of the hotel thought we arrive so late. Overall is great

Overall its good, clean room, have all basic need. Location very close to train station, walking distance for about 5 mins.
The building is quite old but the room is decent enough. Just as foreigner, we dont know how to contact the owner at first. Luckily someone there help us to contact the owner. But te owner is very nice and soft spoken. Cute too. Just maybe owner should put more options on how to contact them.

Local Airbnb, class act, very obliging and helpful. Residential blocks are confusing at first but has its own colorful flavors, local prices and wholesome food. Its location can't be beat, 5 minutes from train station(not East). Will book again if I revisit these parts, highly recommended.

The B&B is very close to the train station. It takes only five minutes to walk from the north exit of Kunming Station to the B&B. The room is clean and tidy, and the environment is very good. I saw that the landlord cleaned the room spotlessly. It was really clean. I will stay here again next time I come to Kunming because it is really nice.

The room is spacious and bright, clean and hygienic, the service is great, it is close to Kunming Station, and I like the decoration style😍. There are many snack bars and convenience stores downstairs, which is really convenient. They will pick you up after 12 o'clock when you arrive at the station. It is also close to Kunming Old Street.
