I booked two units from this owner on levels 17 and 20.
While the owner was kind and attentive, the unit on level 20 was in poor condition. The bed was uncomfortable, with metal poking through, and the sofa was worn out. The heater didn’t work well, the door creaked loudly, and only two small towels were provided for a room with two double beds. Additionally, the metal railing was so worn out that it fell down during our stay.
Since we were traveling with elderly family members, moving rooms was difficult, so we stayed for a few days despite these issues.
The unit on level 17 was much better. It was cleaner, with newer furniture, and a more comfortable bed.
The location was perfect, within walking distance of attractions and plenty of food options. It was also easy to get a Didi.
Thank you to the owner for being helpful throughout our stay, but I hope the level 20 unit can be improved for future guests.
