Simple but very well maintained little hotel, the beds are really comfortable and the staff is welcoming and nice. In a small street only 5 minutes of walk from dian chi lake.

必須好好誇誇這家！老闆熱情不説對衞生有潔癖的我表示極度滿意，床品潔白柔軟，衞生間乾爽無異味，連角落都乾乾淨淨房間的大窗户是點睛之筆，白天看西山疊翠，傍晚等落日餘暉，坐在窗邊就能享受一整個愜意的下午，這才是度假該有的樣子！

昆明最宜居的地方就是滇池附近，酒店距滇池僅200多米，步行幾分鐘即到。滇池邊的別墅羣很漂亮，酒店其實是其中一座小別墅，環境優美，非常安靜，但價格非常親民，性價比很高。滇池海埂景區的美食一條街距酒店幾百米，晚上經營到半夜，適合度假休閑的夜生活。酒店房間很大，設施高檔，衞生清潔。我是個常年獨自旅遊的老年人，住過很多酒店，這是最愜意的一個。

滇池看海鷗，遊滇池，住在這裏，地點、衞生、服務、價格都是極力推薦的酒店，像是民宿一樣，其實和商務酒店一樣，我們訂的是帶觀景陽台的房間，一張桌子，四個椅子還在陽台，一樓有洗衣機和洗衣液，自己可以洗衣，年輕的服務員非常親切，房間吹風沒有，馬上就給隔壁房間的拿過來，接我們的朋友來的遲，規定是12點退房，讓我們多待1個多小時，走路5分鐘就是滇池觀景路，右邊就是小吃一條街，左邊是東碼頭和西山索道、酒店北門就直通雲南名族村，非常好的一次住宿，極力推薦！

住得超滿意！位置和體驗都滿分的寶藏住宿
這次的住宿體驗真的超出預期！首先必須誇誇房間，乾淨整潔得沒話説，衞生細節做得特別到位，床上用品也透着清爽，住進去就覺得特別舒適，完全沒有在外住宿的拘謹感。
位置更是絕了，就在紅塔體育中心裏面的運動員公寓，安全感和環境都拉滿。最方便的是去海埂大壩，走路五分鐘就到，不用費心找停車位，也不用擠公交，看完海鷗回來休息超方便。
還有服務也很貼心，工作人員態度特別好，有問題諮詢都能及時迴應，全程體驗都很順暢。以後來這邊，這家絕對是我的首選，也會把它推薦給要去海埂大壩玩的朋友！

這個價位能住到這樣的酒店，真的太值了！房間乾淨衞生，裏面還有幾個好大的足球場，我們很晚到也有熱水洗澡，裝修風格也是我喜歡的簡約風。工作人員都很有禮貌。已經安排給朋友了！
