I felt at home here! The hotel staff was very warm and thoughtful, and any problems would be solved in a timely manner. The room was spacious and clean, with a great view and good sound insulation, which allowed me to rest very well every night during my special forces trip. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The location is very convenient, a ten-minute walk from the north entrance of Kunming Station, and Joy City is across the road, so it is very convenient to eat, shop and order takeout. The room is clean and tidy with no odor.
The front desk lady is very gentle and patient. She called ahead to confirm and arranged a quieter room for me as requested.
It is also very close to Kunming Station, about a 10-minute walk away. It is very convenient and a very satisfying stay.
