having stayed in Vienna at MiLe, this Vienna is a far cry. its double the price of Vienna in MiLe but half as good. I guess it's just the location and the economics that caused the difference, no fault of the hotel's. Generally clean and pleasant. There's a mall just behind the hotel which gave us alot of convenience when buying stuff.

This hotel is amazing! The room is spacious and bright, the decoration is modern and comfortable, and the bedding is clean and soft, allowing you to have a good night's sleep. The hotel service is thoughtful and attentive, and the staff are warm and friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast is rich and varied, meeting all tastes. The geographical location is also very advantageous, the transportation is convenient and the surrounding facilities are complete.

Of all the hotels I've stayed in, this is the one with the worst environment, the worst hygiene, and the worst experience. The carpets and stools in the room were so black that they were covered with patina. There were hairs from countless guests on the carpet, on the table, and under the pillows. First time staying at a Vienna hotel. It’s also the last time. I will definitely not consider choosing a hotel next time!
