Nice accommodations with friendly staffs. We arrived KMG at 3am due to delayed flight, but the hotel still wait and provide shuttle bus to the hotel. We have a super great visit Kunming next day. Thank you so much.

Satisfied. Not far from airport. Shuttle Bus picked up from airport. Shuttle Bus to airport start leaving early morning. I took 5:30AM, arrived airport around 6AM. Reception is very polite and responsible.

We booked the room as our flight landed past midnight. We had a room with a faulty sink and the staff allowed us to switch rooms. Basic facilities with a dedicated airport shuttle (to airport only). Not as close to the airport as expected - about 20mins via car.

Facilities: OK. As a hotel next to the airport, it has services, brand, and buffet breakfast, which is pretty good.
Service: Very good. Special thanks to the ladies at the front desk who helped me find a car to take me to the airport even though the airport drop-off time had passed.
