The room itself was great but the noise from other guests was very loud. The cigarette smoke from other guests got into our room so it smelled really bad.

A coffee machine in the lobby wins this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms can be improved. Other than that nothing much to be done. Also the location is more of locals vibe

The environment is elegant and clean. There are disposable items and a smart voice assistant. It is very convenient. It is very close to the mall. The front desk service attitude is better. They patiently answer questions. The room is very warm.

The room facilities are OK and the environment is relatively quiet.
I can understand how busy guests are during holidays, but the service efficiency needs to be improved. I found that the hair dryer could not be used at night, so I reported it to the mini program. It showed that it was waiting for processing but there was no response. I called the front desk to ask for a replacement hair dryer until the next day, so I asked the cleaning lady to replace it myself.

Good location, convenient parking, clean and sanitary rooms, new and complete facilities, separate bathrooms, very quiet at night, and very good service attitude. Overall, the price-performance ratio is very high, the living experience is very good, and I will book this hotel again when I come to Kunming in the future.
