前幾天住過一次，當時覺得還不錯，於是又開了一間一模一樣的空調大床房。沒想到提前訂的空調大床房，當天晚上10點多趕過去，被告知空調房沒有了。沒有房間不會提前告知客人嗎？非要客人已經到店才告知沒房，然後説開一間標間給我，我去看了標間，也沒有空調，然後下來聽到員工在和老闆説，帶空調的沒有了，要不要打電話告知其他客人，老闆説不用，等客人來了再説，我實在想不通老闆以後都不考慮回頭客的問題嗎？當時我要求酒店退掉，但酒店説無權進行該項操作，讓我自己退，最後老闆又説還有間大床房，裏面有她新買的立式空調！！！！説平時他們訂的價格更貴，讓我今晚就去住所謂的帶有立式空調的房間，我出於之前住過該酒店，覺得應該也還不錯的心理，沒有看就去住了。然而浴巾是兩個大洞，水龍頭是搖搖晃晃的，風扇是專門扇灰的吧，所謂的立式空調其實就是一個不太涼快的冷風機，呵呵呵
