We loved our stay at the hotel! Below a few reasons why we highly recommend it if you want to explore Kunming as a tourist: - The hotel was great, in the heart of Kunming (ideal if you want to explore the city and get around!) - Breakast was delicious and with lot of variety from which to choose -The staff at the reception has always been available and highly helpful to support us averyday, as we did not speak chinese. Amazing team of wonderful people always willing to help and care for us with sincere smiles and kindness We will definitely remember this stay and the lovely staff!

Maybe the best Service that i have ever experienced . We have made a wechat group and the hotel stuff was always ready to reply every of my question, helped with locations in the city , even told me the location of H&M :) About the hotel: I SLEPT WELL (what is not usual in a hotel) The walls are thick so u never hear someone aisle. Bed is the perfect softness , mattresses are new, pillows too! The amenities of the hotel are in a very cool retro style. The Wai Mai ( food delivery) is very quick to this location. My overall experience of this hotel is five star ⭐️ I repeat again the most important thing that you need from a hotel is a good well rested night sleep and you get it here, i have stayed 8 nights ! Enjoy !

Hotel is amazing. Location is adjacent to anew shopping center and it is only minutes away from the lake. The staff are incredible and the rooms impactable I extended my stay by one night just because of the staff and perfect hotel room. Best one in Kunming I expect.

Recommended by a friend, a shop opened by a celebrity, check in on weekends. Facilities: To be honest, it may be a shop opened eight or nine years ago, the facilities are obviously old, the supporting facilities in the room are slightly poor, the bathing equipment is old, the shower is turned on and water is sprayed in all directions to the west, and the water temperature is hot and cold. There is basically no other place to sit except the bed, which is really not in line with the B&B at this price. Hygiene: The room hygiene is average. If you accidentally open the drawer, there will be food garbage left by the previous guest. Other than that, it is quite clean. Environment: It was rebuilt on the basis of the original Japan Pavilion in the World Expo Park. The atmosphere of daily life is good and relatively quiet. Service: The B&B brother will help with the luggage, greet warmly, and introduce the room facilities. Since the hotel meals must be booked in advance, you can only order takeout, and the front desk butler will help deliver it to the room. There is a private hot spring in the room, with petals and milk. The petal milk bath relaxes the mood and body. This is a place worth praising.

We booked the Derung room for our stint in Kunming and was blown away by the service. We were celebrating my birthday and my boyfriend wanted to get the hotel staff to help deliver a bouquet since we don’t have local phone numbers, but the staff took the initiative to buy a bouquet of roses on his behalf at no charge instead. The room was beautiful and clean as well! The hotel is also located within walking distance from all key attractions in Kunming, like Kunming Old Street and Nanqiang Pedestrian Street. The perfect stay for first timers to Kunming/Yunnan ☺️ Would note that as the hotel is located in the heart of the city centre cars cannot drop you off directly at the doorstep - do make arrangements prior with the front desk and let them know what time you’re arriving.

This hotel really surprised me! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could feel its high quality and professional service. The room was spacious and bright, the bed was super comfortable, and the facilities were all available. The staff was warm and polite, always meeting my needs at the first time. After the stay, it was amazing and the service was great value. Although the business dinner provided is simple, it tastes great. The scenery is invincible. After entering the door, it is attracted by every detail. The design of the building and decoration is very good. I like this Iron Man very much. Friends who like quiet must go to stay. It is very good. It is about an hour's drive from Kunming. It is the first choice to escape the city on weekends. It is also very good to have a party with family and friends, very recommended
