Family-friendly Hotels in Kunshan

The room service is satisfactory. The deposit was not returned in time. I booked three rooms but only one was reserved for some reason. Because all the guests came from Shanghai, the hotel asked me to pay the deposit to forgive my mistake. When I checked out, they told me that they would refund it the next morning. It had not arrived at 3 pm and I had to call to urge them to get it.

This hotel is really the most comfortable hotel I stayed in during my trip from Nanjing to Suzhou and then to Zhuang Zhou. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. She picked us up and sent us to the room. The hotel is 20 meters away from the entrance, which is super convenient and not as noisy as the scenic spot. The room is very beautiful and the decoration is very delicate. You can see that it is very attentive. The children especially like it. Highly recommended

The location is in the old town, on Zhongshan Road, with a superior location. There is a square behind it, which is very convenient for eating and shopping, and it is also convenient to take a taxi. It is a few hundred meters away from Tinglin Garden, and it takes more than 10 minutes to walk. The ticket is 20. The hotel has been renovated, the hygiene is very good, the facilities are very good, there are unlimited drinks and snacks in the small refrigerator, there is an indoor swimming pool and a gym, which are very clean. The hotel service staff is of high quality and polite, especially Elena, who has a very good service attitude and gave small gifts. The breakfast is also good. In short, it is very cost-effective and worth recommending 👍

Went on a national holiday with my mom and twins. Aaron attended us to right away and he even assisted us with our luggage to our room. The kid’s room was nice and had enough room for my two toddlers to play. Since it was a holiday, the Riverside Restaurant was a tad bit crowded. Despite the number of people, we were attended to by the staff and was given two high chairs that we need. They also replenished food and drinks on time. All in all, it was a pleasant stay in Paradox hotel. Their customer service is superb.

The room is spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities, especially the lake view room with a great view. You can see the lake and mountains when you open the curtains in the morning, and your mood instantly becomes extremely happy. There are also bicycles for rent, which can be ridden directly to Xilu Garden Heyue Fengdao Farm, the indoor swimming pool is full of people even in winter, very suitable for bringing children😀 The hotel service is also impressive, every staff member is very warm and thoughtful, here are special thanks to Sammi, her service is meticulous, from check-in to check-out, she has given us great help, really thank her! This is a great hotel, centrally located in Kunshan and right opposite a magnificent, huge wet market. There are also plenty of eating options nearby and a park behind the hotel which make the setting ideal. The room is fine without being luxurious and the breakfast is also perfectly adequate, Chinese style. There is a beautiful outdoor area adjacent to the breakfast lounge, perfect for children to play while parents relax in the sun. Service is friendly and I would heartily recommend this hotel.

I am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me. The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs. Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful. Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy. As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels. In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

We chose the Crowne Plaza for its Western restaurant. Upon inquiry we asked about the restaurants and was sent to the 5th floor restaurant that only serves local cuisine. Again we asked the 5th floor restaurant where we can enjoy Western food. We were sent back down to the first floor where we found the western restaurant had closed down. It was upsetting to be sent from place to place and not properly informed about dining options. We had to enjoy a mediocre dinner in the nearby shopping center. The occasion was planned for the guest's bridal celebration dinner since she's leaving China and will get married abroad. I'm sorely disappointed in the uninformed restaurant manager and would hardly recommend staying at the Kunshan Crowne as the other Crowne Plaza's I've stayed at was a much better experience.

I came here with my friends with the mentality of trying it out, but I didn't expect there would be so many surprises. First of all, parking in the camp is very convenient. There is a huge natural parking lot at the door. If you stay in a lawn room, you can drive the car directly in. The security guard at the door can be seen to be very serious and responsible. Then after entering, the front desk lady was still very enthusiastic. Thumbs up 👍. The facilities are complete and the environment is very good. There are also many fun things to play, such as archery, racing, and boating (it may be a bit cold at this time). There is also a high-altitude barrier that is very exciting. There are many cute little pets. There is also fishing inside. When passing by the cute pet park, I happened to see a big brother fishing a very big fish. The overall experience is very good. The staff are very enthusiastic and kind. Next time, I will choose to live in a lawn room here and be chic on the super large lawn.
