I was impressed with the room at the hotel. It was so spacious and immaculately clean. The bed was comfortable. The assortment of food at the hotel was also really good. There were so many Chinese and Western choices. I really enjoyed my stay there and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel experience in Kunshan.

we were disappointed see that the gym and apart facilities were out of service. This is one of the reasons we chose to stay at the hotel.
On arrival we were greeted well by the lady but a man made our check in very uncomfortable, by him whispering and looking at us then laughing. Not very professional.
The hotel was very clean and we were happy with our room.
It was nice to have tea and coffee at the room but had no sugar which is unusual.
The price is reasonable but not so much without the spa facilities.

Very nice hotel. Great location. Friendly staff and a great breakfast buffet. I will stay at this hotel when I visit Kunshan again.

The girl at the front desk was very considerate. When she saw someone using a cup to get water, she would remind him that the water was not hot and that he could go to the lobby bar to get hot water.
When checking in through Ctrip, they would send homemade yogurt at night and remind him to give a good review.
The room was facing the street and was quite noisy. You could hear KTV-like singing.
The linens had holes. The toilet was not working well and had to be flushed several times. The elevator required swiping the card twice each time. The doorman would not help with the luggage.
