The room is really dark. The light is not good. Not good. We checked in at around 9pm. The hallway lights were bright and comfortable. After entering the room and turning on the lights, the lights were really dim [making people feel uncomfortable]. We immediately went downstairs to negotiate for a room change or upgrade to another room. It was clearly stated that it could be paid for. The feedback was that the lights in all rooms were the same and that we could not change rooms after 15 minutes of check-in [I didn’t notice whether it took 15 minutes to go up and down the stairs and communicate with the customer service staff downstairs]. We went upstairs to communicate with my wife and went downstairs together. Later, we were asked to look at the rooms that could be changed. They were really bad (there were rooms with good lights but the walls were not clean). The room we booked was average in price, but after checking in, we saw that the room we got was really bad!!! It was seriously inconsistent. In the end, we checked in, looked at the room, and did not stay in the hotel. We immediately changed to other nearby hotels with similar prices. Compared with the hotel, it was much better. I personally do not recommend it. Of course, I did not stay in other hotels of the same price, so I will not comment. This is only for the room we stayed in.
