訂的家庭房是複式，房間裏有樓梯，兩張床都在樓上，廁所在樓下，夜裡上廁所很不方便。停車收費，小轎車24小時封頂15元。

房間整體都不錯，可能因為是新酒店房間味道有點重，還需要多通風。
酒店位置很好，就在老街上，出門就是青石板路，遊玩很方便。

地理位置還可以，離停車場很近。
第二天洗完澡發現乾淨的浴巾上有一撮頭髮。
早飯就在隔壁飯店，衹到九點鐘，衹有稀飯和包子粗糧等。第一天太晚了都沒有趕上。
第二晚我們十一點多睡的，睡着後迷迷糊糊被吵鬧聲吵醒，不知道是哪幾個房間，估計是一起出遊，這麼晚了孩子大人的聲音動靜還那麼大，且持續較久。説明房間隔音很差，遊客素質太低。

帶爸媽來巴城玩玩，之前想定他家兩晚連住的，但是沒房。沒辦法訂了另一家，但是環境不滿意，最終還是退了另一家定了他家一晚的複式家庭房，哈哈哈一波三折，但還是蠻順利的。
衞生:乾淨亮堂，層高很高，房間很大，空調也給力。
環境:旁邊就是一個餐館，口味還可以，民宿出門沒兩步就是泡泡餛飩店奧灶麪店。
服務:需要什麼可以打電話給前台，她們會送到房間。設施:基本都有，但是他家不提供浴帽，這點對於女士來説很不方便，希望改進。
總的來説作為民宿已經做的很不錯了，臨時住個一兩晚可以的，推薦大家入住。
