The front desk of the Henan accent was very speechless. At noon, I called a lot of rooms to catch customers. The corridor was full of phone ringing, so speechless.

The room is spacious, the sunshine is sufficient, the relevant living facilities are complete, the front desk lady is attentive, the room is cleaned in time, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and the catering supermarket is rich in configuration.

We made a reservation very late at night. There was only one guy at the time. Check-in was pretty fast. The hotel signs were clear and the room was easy to find. The room was clean and tidy. There were free mineral water and tea bags, as well as sleeping patches and butterfly cookies, which were great. The TV had a wide variety of free and good programs. I didn't get up in the morning for breakfast, so I ignored it, but check-out was also very convenient and fast. The two girls had very sweet smiles.

My husband and I both like the decoration style. There is also a large floor-to-ceiling balcony. The scenery is also very good. The front desk service is also very good. It was a very good check-in. Worth recommending

Location was perfect and also my initial consideration, right at the center of city. No much to expect except for those standard items example - service, cleanliness or comfortability therefore to my surprise, the rooms were cosy and clean (guessed it’s because they were newly renovated or not long ago) but, but except for some minor hiccups example - air conditioning controls (remote and wall mounted) + room WiFi needs pre-logging on before connectable (used my phone hotspot to fix problem)! Everything was fine until the next day slightly before checking out, they cut off my room electricity abruptly half an hour before checkout time! Imagine if you’re still using the bathroom! This needs serious attention as I have never encounter such scenarios before, in my entire life experience of travelings and staying in hotels. Never. Of course my booking came with the “late checkout privilege” so why the rush? Oh and they did offer an upgrade of room (when checking in) but, but with additional charges! Wondering if these misunderstandings were “intentional” or caused by miscommunication between the hotel management and platform, a sales technique? Please clarify: rewards enjoyable/ available after booking, if possible thank you

This is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in. The environment is good and the facilities are complete. I highly recommend it
