GGuest UserThis is the most comfortable B&B I've ever stayed in. We booked a room facing the river, so there weren't many people passing by. It's off the main road, so it's very quiet. Free parking is especially important!
The hostess and the owner were very welcoming and personally picked us up and dropped us off.
Speaking of the room, I've stayed in so many hotels, and I always find some things lacking, but Zen Inn was very user-friendly, with electric curtains, a projection TV, and impeccably clean bathroom corners.
The hostess was very welcoming, offering fruit snacks and turning on the air conditioning in advance. It truly felt like home.
Because it was so comfortable and the weather was so hot, we mostly stayed in the room and enjoyed it. My children and I really value comfort in our hotels, so thank you for the excellent sleep we had during our two nights here. See you next time, and I wish you continued success in your business.

LlschungDuring our recent stay at this wonderful hotel, we were exceptionally satisfied with every aspect of our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the hotel staff who came out to meet us at the scenic area entrance and assisted with our luggage. This level of service set the tone for our entire visit.
The hotel's décor is stunning, creating a serene and visually pleasing environment. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, providing a restful haven where we enjoyed a comfortable night's sleep. It truly is a fantastic place to relax and unwind.
One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful afternoon tea, particularly the grain snacks which were so delicious that we requested the hotel staff to help purchase and courier some to Shanghai for us to bring home. Their willingness to accommodate our request added a special touch to our experience.
Breakfast at the hotel was another standout. The porridge, in particular, was so delectable that the hotel kindly gave us a pack of the rice used to prepare it. This gesture was much appreciated and spoke volumes about their commitment to guest satisfaction.
Overall, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant retreat. If we return to this area, we will undoubtedly choose to stay here again.

SShanghaifeixiangdexiaomajuAn absolutely delightful B&B experience! The room was spotless and well-equipped. Its riverside location, nestled between the scenic area's entrance archway and the Twin Bridges, made it incredibly convenient for exploring, shopping, and sightseeing. Plus, it was wonderfully quiet at night.
In the evenings, I sat by the river on a comfortable lounge chair provided by the landlady (she even thoughtfully included mosquito coils!). I enjoyed a smoke and sipped tea in the cool breeze. The landlady's attentiveness was remarkable; she repeatedly offered to bring a thermos of hot water. Watching the tourist boats pass by, observing the diverse expressions of the visitors, and listening to the melodic songs of the sculling boatmen, I simply zoned out – it was incredibly relaxing and blissful!
Before I left, the owner even gifted me some small snacks. Having seen many other B&Bs and guesthouses while touring the ancient town, I can confidently say that after comparing them all, I'll definitely choose this one again for my next visit to Zhouzhuang Ancient Town.

MM59368****The B&B is conveniently located right inside the scenic area. It features a very unique and charming decor. The owner is incredibly warm and hospitable; they arrange for someone to pick you up from the parking lot and proactively help with your luggage. In the evenings, they'll even message you, inviting you to the lobby to relax and enjoy some fruit and refreshments. The restaurants they recommended were also excellent, especially 'Yan Yu Jiang Nan' – it was absolutely delicious, highly recommended!

I particularly like the location because it is within walking distance from the Kunshan Culture and Art Center. It is so convenient to watch performances from Shanghai, especially when there are some popular performances that cannot be bought in Shanghai. The curve saves the country and the price-performance ratio is unparalleled.

MM13176****During the National Day holiday, I brought my parents and mother-in-law to Zhejiang, and a friend recommended this guesthouse. First off, the room was spotless (exactly like the photos on the hotel's introduction). My mother-in-law has trouble with her legs, so we chose a ground-floor room, which overlooked a small garden. She was incredibly happy sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view. The screen mirroring in the room was fantastic; we watched two movies back-to-back. My favorite part was the big moon in the courtyard – it was perfect for taking silhouette photos. The owner's service was excellent; they helped with luggage and coordinated the room. My parents and mother-in-law have sensitive stomachs and need to eat small, frequent meals, so the owner kindly helped reheat food and recommended nearby restaurants suitable for seniors – truly heartwarming and thoughtful. Additionally, I highly recommend this place because it's incredibly close to Shen Garden. Turn right out the door, and it's only 20 meters to the scenic area entrance. Walk down a small alley, turn left, and you're at Shen Garden; turn right about 100 meters, and you're at Shuangqiao (Double Bridges). It's incredibly convenient for seniors to visit. If I ever come back to Zhouzhuang, I'll definitely choose this place again.

GGuest UserFive star hotel in all the ways that count. Beautiful rooms, full ensuite with deep soak tub, quiet, clean and affordable priced for the quality of the property.
Breakfast buffet had a large selection of western options, as well as Asian dishes plus a full range of pastries, breads, soups, porridges, fresh fruits, yoghurts, cheese board with cold meats and the list goes on, and on, and on. Many staff on hand managing the different stations. Also huge window of availability 0630 to 1000.
Attached is a huge mall and half a block away is an Apple Store.

Water in the showerroom sometimes too hot and suddenly can be too cold, I don't know why.
My room in the 2nd floor (no lift access), so maybe the price is cheaper than the 1st floor room.

CChenThis inn is in such a beautiful location. I only stayed one night, but definitely want to come back and stay longer. The host was warm and friendly. We connected on WeChat the day before and she provide a waypoint for gps when booking a car. She met up with me in the pedestrian street outside of the town’s gate to guide me in and helped with the luggage. The location is very convenient. This is an ancient town so the street surfaces are stone slabs and uneven cobblestones. But going in is mostly smooth, cross one bridge and the inn is right there, about as close to the entrance and as least hassle as you can get. The waterway in front of the inn is travelled by the row boats whether they’re on the day or evening tour route so there’s plenty to people watch from the balcony. Overall a great place, great host, and highly recommended. Little tip, if you can store luggage at the airport or train station, take only what you need for your stay so you don’t have too much luggage to weigh you down for the trek in and out. The balcony rooms are walkup only.
